I absolutely loved dealing with Laura and can’t recommend enough!

I must say that I came to Berlad Graham with a degree of scepticism after my previous encounters with other solicitors. It quickly turned out to be a great choice. They were recommended to me by an estate agent who said that he will not get anything in return for recommending them, but he just wants to know that if he calls someone will answer. Believe or not, but unresponsive solicitors is somewhat of a common occurrence and it’s also something that I wanted to avoid.  Laura is very responsive and customer friendly. What I actually liked the most was that she responds to you in a normal, not lawyer like way, which makes things more human. Sharon agreed to pick up my case (new leasehold purchase) from another firm that had just gone under. As you can imagine, this was quite a stressful time. We had estate agents chasing us for timescales and we had no idea if the process needed to be started from the beginning. We were also concerned the seller would drop out. Sharon familiarised herself with the case quickly, liaised with the previous solicitor to obtain the information needed to ensure we didn't have to start from the beginning and also liaised with the estate agents. Being a mortgage broker I have come across many solicitors and can confidently say that Sharon is the most thorough solicitor I have come across. We used Emma to guide us through a difficult and protracted conveyance that went though 4 different purchasers over a period of 2 years, 3 withdrawing for different reasons. Very stressful as you might imagine. Emma remained calm and knowledgeable throughout and it was very reassuring to have such an experienced person manage the situation, and she was always a pleasure to talk to. The only hiccups were when we needed to talk with her when she was away and unobtainable, and we gather that this disadvantage of lone working has now been dealt with.
