I must say that I came to Berlad Graham with a degree of scepticism after my previous encounters with other solicitors. It quickly turned out to be a great choice. They were recommended to me by an estate agent who said that he will not get anything in return for recommending them, but he just wants to know that if he calls someone will answer. Believe or not, but unresponsive solicitors is somewhat of a common occurrence and it’s also something that I wanted to avoid. Laura is very responsive and customer friendly. What I actually liked the most was that she responds to you in a normal, not lawyer like way, which makes things more human. She’s also very helpful in explaining the practicalities of legislations in an understandable way. I absolutely loved dealing with Laura and can’t recommend enough! A.
