Mark is an international private client lawyer. He advises UK and foreign clients with assets in multiple jurisdictions on a broad range of international and domestic tax, trust, succession and estate planning matters. Many of his clients are non-UK domiciled, and much of his work has an international dimension. He is particularly known for his work with Middle Eastern and Russian clients and has considerable experience of establishing tax efficient cross border asset-holding structures (including trusts, foundations and offshore companies) for the preservation of assets and for succession planning purposes.
