Mark Nierada, Berlad Graham’s latest Consultant, is an international private client lawyer. He advises UK and foreign clients with assets in multiple jurisdictions on a broad range of international and domestic tax, trust, succession and estate planning matters. Areas of particular expertise include cross-border estate planning for multi-jurisdictional estates, the use of trusts in civil law and Sharia law countries and advising UK and international individuals on residence, domicile, the remittance basis, inheritance tax and the implementation of Wills.
