We are looking for a Practice Manager to start immediately.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of managing law firms of a similar size or bigger
• Be able to manage the day to day smooth operations of the firm
• Assist the Managing Partner in the implementation of the Firm’s strategic plans and board decisions
• Take active role in business development and PR
• Manage the Firm’s HR function
• Manage the firm’s IT
• Deal with all insurances aspects
• Liaise with the Law Society and SRA as required
• Deal with the firm’s Complaints
• Be the responsible officer for GDPR and deal with any queries
• Be the COFA
