We have expanded rapidly each year since our inception in 2011 and are constantly looking for forward-thinking lawyers to join the team growth. Our consultants are self-employed and work from their own offices or home premises. This gives them total flexibility to work ‘when they want and where they want’. We prefer engaging with those who bring a following with them; however, we are open to work with those who we feel are the right fit and believe they are able to build their practice. There is also a remunerated, and ‘very’ active, cross referral system in the firm that generates even more money for anyone who refers to a Berlad Graham colleague. Berlad Graham LLP – the UK’s first virtual law firm to be awarded Lexcel

Since establishing the firm it has always been a priority to have procedures in place to ensure compliance with the regulations of our governing body, minimise risk and maintain the highest standards of client care. One way of achieving this is to apply for Lexcel accreditation. Lexcel is the Law Society’s highest hallmark, awarded to those firms that operate highly effective business management, whilst providing high exceptional customer service. It is not enough to show that procedures are in place but it is also a requirement to demonstrate that you are actively implementing those procedures. As an Alternative Business Structure and a firm based in the Cloud, it has been far more difficult to persuade the independent assessors that we meet those standards. We are very pleased to announce that Berlad Graham LLP is not only Lexcel accredited, we believe we are the first and only virtual firm to be awarded this accreditation.
