Sara qualified as a solicitor in early 2017. She has obtained valuable skills working with several legal firms and quickly found her place within an East Midlands firm where she was able to refine her litigation skills.
Having drafted Islamic wills for many years, it was not until Sara experienced a tragic moment with a family friend that she saw first-hand the consequences of not having a lasting power of attorney (LPA) and dying intestate (a person who dies without a will). This was the inspiration that led Sara to focus on educating the wider community that she passionately serves so the public are aware of the laws and processes around LPA’s and Wills.
Sara specialises in faith wills including Islamic wills, trusts and letters of wishes. She also works alongside clients dealing with large taxable estates to ensure they are as tax efficient as possible. She regularly drafts LPA’s as well dealing with probate matters. She has a varied network of industry professionals that she helps educate and advise within her focussed field.
As well as her native English language, Sara is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
To compliment her professional life, Sara’s personal life revolves around her 2 children who she enjoys exploring the world with. She likes to keep physically fit and healthy and enjoys Spa days to stay mentally fit.
