Many people are fearful of being buried alive. Although quite rare, too often we hear horrifying stories that people are mistakenly thought to be dead and are then buried alive.
Such cases can be avoided by inserting an appropriate clause in your Will. An expert Will drafting lawyer will advise the testator to insert a clause stating that death should be determined by two Doctors or other medical specialists who are independent of each other. The Executors and Trustees of the Will should be aware of this clause, to ensure your wishes are carried out.
