About Christine

Christine is a Partner at Berlad Graham, heading Family.

Christine is a Matrimonial and Family Law expert having acted for clients for over 20 years. She always focuses on delivering that exceptional customer service clients need when going through the trauma of a divorce, particularly when sorting out the children and financial aspects and does so in a caring and sympathetic way.

Christine qualified as a solicitor after a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. She combines her business experience with excellent people skills, making her an efficient but empathetic solicitor. She has managed branch offices and headed departments in prestigious legal practices. She has both local and international clients.

 

Christine is also on the Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Panel. Membership of the panel is only open to those Solicitors who have and maintain a very high level of knowledge, experience and skill in areas of practice within Matrimonial and Family Law, covering children, international issues, complex asset cases and financial settlements amongst others.

Don’t assume the Order can’t be varied!

Christine McNeish has recently advised me, and represented me at Telford County Court, on a very complicated application to the Court to oppose enforcement proceedings brought by my former wife relating to a previous Order of the Court.  She also sought to have the original Order varied, despite it running until October 2017, so that I made no more payments under it in the light of the circumstances of the case.  I am aware that Christine carried out a considerable amount of research into issues which may have come before the Courts only occasionally, if at all, in the past. I was also very impressed by the way in which she carried out pre-hearing discussions with the other side and, indeed, was able to negotiate a settlement which was very acceptable to me.
