Berlad Graham LLP – the UK’s first virtual law firm to be awarded Lexcel

Since establishing the firm it has always been a priority to have procedures in place to ensure compliance with the regulations of our governing body, minimise risk and maintain the highest standards of client care.

One way of achieving this is to apply for Lexcel accreditation.  Lexcel is the Law Society’s highest hallmark, awarded to those firms that operate highly effective business management, whilst providing high exceptional customer service.  It is not enough to show that procedures are in place but it is also a requirement to demonstrate that you are actively implementing those procedures.

As an Alternative Business Structure and a firm based in the Cloud, it has been far more difficult to persuade the independent assessors that we meet those standards.  We are very pleased to announce that Berlad Graham LLP is not only Lexcel accredited, we believe we are the first and only virtual firm to be awarded this accreditation.  It has taken over two year to accomplish this great achievement.

For clients it is a reassurance that the firm they are instructing complies with all the necessary regulations, carries out its activities correctly and puts them first.  For Consultants who work with us, it clearly indicates an exceptional level of management and support to them to carry out their fee earning.
