Lexcel is the Law Society’s highest hallmark, awarded to those firms that operate highly effective business management, whilst providing high exceptional customer service. It is not enough to show that procedures are in place but it is also a requirement to demonstrate that you are actively implementing those procedures.
As an Alternative Business Structure and a firm based in the Cloud, it has been far more difficult to persuade the independent assessors that we meet those standards. We are very pleased to announce that Berlad Graham LLP is not only Lexcel accredited, we believe we are the first and only virtual firm to be awarded this accreditation. It has taken over two year to accomplish this great achievement.
