The service that Alex gave me was absolutely exceptionally good and she went well beyond what was expected due to the ineptitude and tardy approach that the buyers solicitor took. Although the transfer took 3 times the forecast time it was all the buyers solicitors fault and I have nothing but praise for Alex.
