Laura was absolutely brilliant, I genuinely couldn’t give her higher praise. As a first-time buyer, I was treading into murky waters (especially given the COVID-19 situation) and I couldn’t have been given better help and guidance. Her and her legal secretary – Claire – gave superb customer service and were very quick with their responses to my queries. Laura’s expertise was abundantly clear throughout our exchanges and I never felt “out of the loop” with anything. I’ve heard many horror stories about Solicitors, but if they were all like Laura I’m certain they’d vanish! I know for certain who I’ll be using in future should I need a solicitor.
