I couldn’t recommend both Laura and Claire highly enough and if I ever require their services again I wouldn’t even bother looking elsewhere

I was referred to Laura through my Mortgage Adviser, as a first time buyer I had no idea what I was really doing but Laura and Claire were both extremely patient and helped guide me through the process even when I thought I was asking some silly questions. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process which was extremely long winded due to no fault of our own.  I rarely had to contact them first for an update but when I did, either Claire or Laura would come back to me almost immediately no matter the day of week or time which was unexpected but very much appreciated.

As we came into the final stages of my house purchase we were in regular contact and I felt extremely confident that everything was in safe hands.  When everything finally completed, I felt like they were just as excited as I was. I had the option of using a family friend instead but I’m so glad that I opted for Berlad Graham LLP as both Laura and Claire were responsive, friendly and efficient people to work with.
