Laura was highly recommended to ourselves to deal with the sale and purchase of our new home, even as highly recommended as she was, Laura completely surpassed our expectations!

We were kept extremely well informed and Laura proved throughout the process to be an extremely honest, efficient and hard worker. These qualities were particularly helpful as entering into this journey we has only a little knowledge in how it all worked, Laura’s communication of the process and the time she took to guide us through was above and beyond what we ever could of hoped for. A big plus for us was the way Laura communicates with her clients, working electronically really worked for us, it made it so easy and it avoided delays in waiting for an endless ream of letters to hit the door mat. From previous experiences dealing with solicitors, it was also very refreshing to actually get to speak directly to Laura as our solicitor and not having to leave endless messages with her secretary’s secretary and so on.

Moving house can be extremely stressful, potentially more than most individuals I experienced several bouts of concern,  blind panic and at points hysteria that the whole move was going to fall through. Laura handled it amazingly, her proficient people skills, compassion and clear knowledge and enthusiasm for her job was evident as she helped put my mind at rest.

Laura also showed a real confidence and determination in the way she handled the lack of communication from other solicitors in the chain. Laura quite literally pulled everyone in the chain politely but very firmly towards the finishing line to ensure the completion was timely and convenient. I must also add, people often say you get what you pay for, but for such exceptional service I have to say compared to a number of other quotes I received Laura’s prices were extremely reasonable.

I will be most certainly recommending Laura to everyone I know, you must be very proud as a company to have such a fantastic asset in Laura.
